Cordelta helped Defence transition their $400m recruiting services contract to a new service provider.

Cordelta were initially engaged to provide advice and assistance on the transitioning of services from the incumbent service provider following award of the $400m Defence Force recruiting services contract to a new service provider. Post transition, the Cordelta staff developed and implemented the associated contract management plan, governance approach and templates.

In 2009, due to external circumstances, the new service provider and Defence sought to mutually terminate the Contract.  The Cordelta staff assisted Defence in the termination of the Contract and the procurement process associated with
engaging a new service provider to deliver the services under an interim contract.

In addition to assisting Defence in the issues and arrangements associated with the recruiting services contract, the Cordelta staff have led a number of procurements in the advertising, marketing and educational space which total approximately $30m.
