Allhomes is an iconic regional real estate sales portal in the ACT. Cordelta was engaged by Allhomes to extend this successful high volume real estate website into a portal that real estate agents can use for all aspects of their business.

The high level requirements for Allhomes agent portal were:
● support real estate agents conduct their business;
● manage client contacts;
● manage real estate listings;
● manage and produce marketing flyers;
● be very user friendly;  and
● be high performing.

The intended user base for the Allhomes agent portal is all real  estate agents in Australia. There are approximately 450 agents currently using the Allhomes agent portal. 

Allhomes has been built using an n-tier architecture incorporating  some of the latest J2EE frameworks. The 3 tier architectural stack  consists of robust open source APIs and technologies  each providing flexible and adaptable frameworks that enable seamless   integration  while catering for continual expansion across the application.
