Cordelta is moving forward with a plan to assist the sporting community by building brand new websites as local clubs look to gain a greater online presence. The sports media unit will be working directly with CutOrange, a social network for grassroots sporting organisations.
Cordelta is building sites backed by graphic design experts and a top-notch security system, while keeping them affordable - something vitally important to grassroots sporting organisations.
"At Cordelta we build and maintain websites for companies and government organisations for a living, so we can take that pain away and deliver on a professional level,” said Matthew Ryan, Senior Executive for Cordelta.
Cordelta's sports media unit not only helps provide websites, but can also provide media services to sporting organisations and a number of other online techniques to share the news and reach their contacts in the right social media and web spaces, including CutOrange.
It's all about the ultimate online web presence.
"Cordelta's sports media unit understands that keeping your website up-to-date and relevant is not that easy," said Alex Belperio, Community and Communications Manager for CutOrange.
"Not everyone has the IT skills and inevitably it gets left for one of the mums or dads to chip away at in their spare time."
The websites will link to services provided by CutOrange – such as news and events – to help provide fresh, dynamic content for the sporting organisations and their website.
It's been exciting for the CutOrange team to see such a great response to the initiative backed by Cordelta, with the first few websites already agreed upon and production underway.
