body, the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). This is a strategic step for the rapidly growing firm in building its internal project management practice and in providing contemporary, accredited project management professionals to its clients. 

Cordelta project management practice lead Boyd McCarron said membership to AIPM was yet another step in the right direction. “AIPM membership allows us to incorporate industry standards through AIPM’s competency standards and certification framework,” he said. “Professional certification is a defining element of quality in our practice and our service  offering. Over time Cordelta will embrace a wider range of the competency standards to further mature project management capability. Ultimately all Cordelta practicing project managers will be professionally certified.”
