The Victorian Government has welcomed the impending investment and expansion in Victoria by professional services firm, Cordelta, which has committed to creating 50 new jobs in the state by the end of 2013.
Cordelta's announcement of the Victorian expansion was made by Cordelta Managing Director, Ken Gutterson.
"Our vision is to be the supplier of choice for commercial government organisations in their efforts to deliver value for money services and achieve higher levels of performance, compliance and customer satisfaction," Mr Gutterson said.
"We are confident that our experience and approach will generate new ideas and opportunities for organisations across Victoria, as well as providing the support they need to deliver cost-effective business improvements."
Matthew Ryan, Cordelta CIO said the company saw Victoria as a progressive ICT location that offered access to talented ICT resources, a strong infrastructure, and a supportive government, all of which were essential components for companies planning to expand.
"We have been very impressed with the level of support we have received from the Victorian Government, which has given us a very good understanding of the local business environment and helped us develop a number of long term relationships that will contribute to our success as a member of the Victorian business community," Mr Ryan said.
