Since 2004 and a consulting practice of two, our business has expanded to cover the full spectrum of business support and programme management, from initation to benefit realisation.
At our core are independent business units incentivised for high performance that help us deliver exceptional services and solutions. These range from project and business management, strategy and planning to procurement, through to software development and education to the management of people, contracts and budgets.
Through a measured mix of natural and organic growth, Cordelta is continuing to grow according to client need, removing many of the performance barriers experienced by more traditional, discipline-led professional service firms.
