Business Transformation

We understand why and how organisations need to evolve. We also understand that to effectively manage this evolution, factors that most heavily determine success are your people, processes, technology and most of all: perception.

Building on the belief that business transformation has to be firmly based on deep conversation, our work is guided by our conviction that the solution to most problems lies in understanding a larger systems overview, and being mindful that even small changes at the operational level can have strong effects at the total system level.

During business transformation, we travel from a starting point of conducting powerful conversations and end with successfully leading organisational change.

When working with Cordelta, we make sure that all of the detail and nuances are accounted for, so that you can continuously meet your business aspirations and obligations.

The imminent delivery of the Cape Class Patrol Boats (CCPB) and establishment of a second warehouse served as catalysts for a more unified solution. Cordelta’s consultant met with each stakeholder group, both in group workshops and individually. Using an approach of looking through individual stakeholders’ world …
