Our work is typically undertaken in three phases:
Identify and document the requirement and basic parameters (i.e. scope, budget, schedule, resources, stakeholders, risks, performance criteria and reporting requirements), review environment, undertake gap analysis.
Actively manage projects and engage with stakeholders to deliver outcomes, including status reporting and risk/issue management.
Evaluate the performance of the project or service delivery to improve future processes, including post-implementation reviews and measurement of project or service delivery benefits.
