Cordelta helps establish new Australian Anti-Dumping Commission

The Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Justice Jason Clare opened the new Australian Anti-Dumping Commission based in Melbourne on 10 July 2013.The ADC will continue to administer Australia’s anti-dumping system to provide protection for Australian industry against unfair trade practices and competition from overseas. “Dumping” is a predatory pricing strategy that occurs when manufacturers export a product to another country at a price either below the price charged in its home market or below its cost of production. The establishment of the Commission was the primary recommendation of the Brumby Review, published in December 2012, to strengthen Australia’s anti-dumping and countervailing system. The Canberra company has become a member of  Australia’s peak project management body, the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). Cordelta Partners with YGAP and the 5cent Campaign

Cordelta has committed to turn what many consider worthless into lasting change for disadvantaged communities. The Canberra company is proud to announce its recent partnership with not-for-profit organisation YGAP and the 5cent Campaign. Throughout May, YGAP aims to collect one million five cent pieces to create better living conditions for impoverished communities in Australia and abroad. Cordelta staff, clients and partners have already started collecting five cent pieces. In just a few weeks the company has raised nearly $500 in change.
