In its first year in the running, Cordelta has ranked first for Fairness and 11th overall in BRW’s Great Places to Work list 2011, announced at their lavish Sydney event on June 23.
The awards are well regarded across Australia’s business sector. The judging framework is based on one the world’s most comprehensive workplace studies and surveying by The Great Place to Work Institute Australia. The assessment standards cover various aspects of an organisation’s performance including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
Cordelta Managing Director, and co-founder, Ken Gutterson commented “There is a level of enthusiasm within the business that is a direct result of engaging people who share our values and giving them the opportunity to use their passion to develop their skills, deliver client projects and add value to our business. We are very proud of their achievements and very pleased that they have chosen to share our journey. We will continue to support their individual and collective development and look forward to helping all of them achieve their goals.”
Matthew Ryan, Cordelta’s cofounder also added “We are extremely pleased to be recognised by our employees and the BRW for our efforts in providing an environment that people are compelled to join, stay and flourish”.
This recognition further solidifies Cordelta rise in the professional services ranks in Australia, and comes off the back of other business awards for business excellence and performance over the past four years, including Smart Company’s Top 50 in 2010.
