Cordelta has become a corporate member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), joining approximately 250 companies worldwide. The membership is part of Cordelta’s ongoing efforts to grow its Business Analysis services and commitment to standardising the practice and methodology of Business Analysis.
IIBA is an independent non-profit professional association that is serving this growing field by developing and maintaining standards for the practice of Business Analysis and for the certification of its practitioners.
“Cordelta now has access to the IIBA resource archives and advisory benefits and in the future, we can also become an endorsed education provider.” said Cordelta Business Analysis Practice Lead, Keiran Mott.
“Cordelta currently has two employees with the highest IIBA certification. Having nationally certified Analysts at Cordelta has the potential to direct many clients to our company where they can expect a consistent industry approach to Business Analysis.” he said.
By following the IIBA’s international standards included in their A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK Guide), Cordelta will further enhance its ability to deliver the highest quality services across Australia.
