Cordelta remains in the top 10 best places to work in Australia, according to BRW. The Canberra company has again done well on the BRW Great Places to Work list showing the professional services and consulting firm prides itself on having great relationships with its staff. Cordelta finished 10th this year, compared to seventh in 2012 and 11th in 2011.
“We are very proud to be identified as a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year.” Cordelta’s managing director Ken Gutterson said. “Our employees are essential to our success and have clearly developed a very positive culture. We are very pleased to see we have their confidence and support.”
Sponsored by BRW and the Great Place to Work Institute, the annual study gauges employees trust, pride and camaraderie within their workplace, as well as management’s response to a “culture audit” measuring credibility, trustworthiness, respect and fairness, among others. The awards are well regarded across Australia’s business sector.
Cordelta was established as a two-person consulting practice in 2004 and now employs more than 150 staff around Australia. This year’s Great Places to Work Achievement follows numerous other achievements in recent years including:
