Applying for contract roles with the Australian Federal Government can be confusing, especially if you are new to the process. In particular, responding to selection criteria can be challenging. Cordelta recommends using the STAR method, as outlined in our sheet below.

Contractors should submit approved monthly timesheets from their agencies within two business days of each new month to email@example.com and their payroll company. If possible, it’s best to use the agency’s timesheeting system. If none is available, contractors can use our monthly timesheet spreadsheet:
